Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Personalized, custom, or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@deeppred.com before returning your item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
